It’s the only real solution. And guess what? Chocolate happens to be full of healthy antioxidants AND is known to boost serotonin – so it will quite literally make you happier while simultaneously making you healthier. 

…this was a particularly rough day for me - mostly a man or two in my life I wanted to scream and yell at, so…alternatively, I killed it with my chocolate covering. 

Come to me any time you need justification for more chocolate in your life. I am definitely your girl. 



Melt your favorite kind of chocolate morsals over a double boiler. If you do not have a double boiler, put water in a small saucepan and place a metal or glass bowl over top, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Add chocolate to the bowl, turn the heat on the stove to medium high and stir chocolate around until it is melted.

Dip your favorite fruit, pretzels, cookies, anything you can think of…and let it cool on parchment paper. Just remember – this is a dessert, as healthy as it is, it does have calories, so try to keep it under control ;)
