Sorry guys, this one is not coming with a recipe, but a promise to supply one once I’ve perfected my it.

I don’t miss bread that often, but when I do, it’s challah bread I miss the most - something about the slightly sweet taste and soft bite, not to mention how satisfying it is to tear off a big chunk from those gorgeous braids. Yum.

Well, my gluten-free, ancient grain, healthy version did not work out. 

I am happy to admit my failure, but will not succumb to defeat.

To be honest, my bread tasted fantastic, but it just wasn’t the texture I wanted and crave so I’m strategizing techniques for a closer adaptation in the future.
